What warranty comes with my purchase?
All items sold through The Trade Hub come with a 12-month warranty against faults and defects, alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you encounter issues, please contact us via the Email warranty@tradehub.au, subject Include your order number, details of the issue, and a clear image or video of the fault or damage.etc... We will get back to you in 3 working days.
What should I do if my product is faulty or damaged?
We aim to resolve issues quickly by sending replacement parts, offering repair methods, replacing the product, offering an alternative, or providing a refund or credit voucher.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Answer goes Yes, we accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery, excluding health and safety products, bulk purchases, or opened packages. Please contact us first before returning any products by emil hello@thetradehub.au.
What happens if I provide incorrect or incomplete delivery information?
Please ensure delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may incur a Return To Sender fee and re-delivery cost, charged to you.
What do I do if my delivery is delayed?
Please report any delivery delays to us within 10 working days from the dispatch date. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated on any delays
What are the conditions for a change of mind return?
For accepted returns, we'll refund the item price and shipping fee minus return postage and a 10% restocking fee. Conditions apply based on whether a return label is provided.
Who is responsible for missing or damaged packages?
Our Suppliers are held liable for any missing or damaged packages, in alignment with our Service Level Agreement.
Can orders be canceled?

How does shipping to New Zealand work?
Selected items can be shipped to New Zealand. Orders over NZ$1000 will incur a Duty tax, which the courier will process and charge upon arrival.
